The school believes strongly that the contribution of the parents and the family is crucial to every child. The school needs every parent's commitment to:

• Share the same co-operative and educational objectives of the school and foster these objectives in the home.
• Ensure that children have a good night's sleep, arrive punctually, have a healthy nutritious diet and are dressed in our school uniform.
• Provide time and space in the home to read, complete homework, listen, help and encourage our children.
• Participate as much as possible in the school's life e.g., make sure that a family member attends every pupil progress conference, parents and carers read letters and ask questions
• Work with the school and trust school staff to ensure excellent behaviour & attendance for every child.
• Speak positively about our academy in the community including on social media forums
• Act as role models for their children on the school premises, at collection times and drop off time; this expectation includes online and in person.
• Raise concerns in the appropriate manner using official channels with respect
